Nadia Cerissi
Early Years Principal
Nadia Cerissi joined Kuwait Bilingual School 2 in 2020 and is dedicated to creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where young learners thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Her educational philosophy is rooted in child-centered practices that foster curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning. She believes that every child possesses unique strengths and potential and is committed to helping students develop the confidence and skills needed for future success through a focus on the whole child.
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Nadia moved to Kuwait with her family in 2016. The values of family, connection, and community are central to both her personal and professional life, shaping her approach to education and leadership.
A passionate lifelong learner, Nadia holds a Master of Education in Advanced Teaching with specializations in Elementary, Middle School, and Secondary Education. She has also completed Harvard University’s Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles program, further strengthening her commitment to effective leadership, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Nadia enjoys the arts, spending time with family and friends, and traveling and experiencing different cultures. She remains committed to fostering meaningful relationships and creating positive educational experiences that empower students, families, and educators alike.
